Payment Policy

Our office is an “out of network” dental provider. Payment for dental services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and Venmo.

Dental BENEFITs PLANS

Your dental benefits plan is a form of reimbursement usually offered to you by your employer. Dental carriers will reimburse you directly based on your out-of-network benefits as defined by your plan. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. We urge you to be fully aware of the provisions of your dental plan and we are always happy to submit a pre-estimate for any recommended procedures in our office.

As a courtesy to you, our office will submit and follow up with your dental benefits carrier to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
